Booking & Payment

Your order is not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Orders under $100 require full payment. Custom orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable retainer, with the remaining balance due prior to your scheduled date.

Wedding Orders

Wedding dates are reserved with a 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Orders placed within 30 days of the wedding require payment in full at booking.

Final design details, flavors, serving counts, and any additional elements must be confirmed by the dates provided in your wedding agreement. Changes requested after the finalization date may not be accommodated and may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable, as your date is reserved specifically for your order. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are reviewed individually. Payments may be transferable to a future date at our discretion and subject to availability.

Design & Interpretation

Each cake and dessert is handcrafted and uniquely created. Inspiration photos are always welcome; however, designs will not be replicated exactly. We reserve creative discretion to produce a design consistent with the agreed-upon style, color palette, and overall vision.

Refunds & Concerns

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Using Our Website

V’s Cookies and Treats provides this website for browsing our offerings, submitting inquiries, managing orders, and communicating with the bakery. Please provide accurate information and use only accounts and materials you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website, send unlawful or unsolicited messages through it, or attempt to access another person’s orders or restricted staff features. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm availability or create a confirmed booking.

Connected Gmail Service

The optional Gmail connection is for authorized bakery staff, not a requirement for customers. By connecting an account through Google’s consent screen, you confirm that you own the account or have permission to connect it and authorize the website to identify its email address and send bakery business messages on its behalf within the permissions you approve. This permission does not authorize reading your inbox. You remain responsible for the recipients and content of messages you instruct the website to send.

You can disconnect the saved connection in the admin Email page and revoke the app’s access through your Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops use of that connection but does not cancel existing orders or automatically delete retained business records. Google may expire or revoke authorization, and email delivery may be delayed or interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Gmail access or delivery of every message. For urgent order matters, contact the bakery directly through the website’s contact options.

Our Privacy Policy explains the Google data we access, how it is used, stored, and shared, our Google API Limited Use commitments, and how to request deletion. Connecting Gmail does not grant permission for unrelated data use. Use of your Google account also remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
